What an amazing turnout we had for the Eagle Scout Open this year! In spite of rain threatening to pour down all day, 65 disc golfers came out and played some amazing disc golf in two surprisingly rain-free rounds. Now, on to the list of ESO 2112 champions:

2012 Eagle Scout Open plans are finalized! This is a PDGA AM B TIER/PRO C TIER as well as a Northern Indiana Summer Series event being held at Camp Cullom in Frankfort on April 28th, 2012.

The cost is $40 for all divisions. You can register on the day of the event or pre-register at Disc Golf United.

Signup begins at 8:00 am, tee-off begins at 10:00 am. We will be playing 2 rounds with a lunch break after the first round.

Congratulations to 2012 WDGC Kick-Off Champion·Jeremy Johns! His red hot 2nd round propelled him to a two stroke victory over·Mike Jenneman who came all the way up from Indy to join the Club. 28 people came out to play in the tourney and a total of 30 members signed up on day one. That's only 5 fewer than we had all last year! Great start to the season and thanks to Mother Nature for sending 75 and sunny in the middle of March.

Thanks to everyone who came out and made this Kick Off Tournament such a huge success!  Special thanks to Mike L., Skyler, and Scuba for all the hard work they put in this winter to get the course up to the condition it is in.  Hope everyone is as excited as we are for this years leagues, tournaments, and random disc golf outings!
